 Éowyn Ahlstrom, LMT, RYT, practices yoga and massage therapy in the beautiful Quabbin and Pioneer Valley region of Massachusetts.

In addition to her private practice, Éowyn serves as yoga instructor for many retreats at the Insight Meditation Society in Barre and is a faculty member at Greenfield Community College.

She has spent many years under the guidance of renowned meditation, yoga and bodywork teachers. As a natural result of her studies and practice, Éowyn now interweaves these methods to help her clients and students cultivate joyful well-being.
