The mission of Karuna Center for Yoga & Healing Arts is to create community and promote healing through yoga and the healing arts.

Many people have commented on the special quality of our studio space. A 1900 square foot room with maple floors and a 30-foot domed ceiling, it was originally designed by the Freemasons employing sacred geometry. The atmosphere of the room has been enhanced by its many years of use as a space for yoga, healing and meditation.

The intention at Listening Wellness Center is to increase the well-being of the community by promoting access to healthcare and encouraging self-education. The Listening Yoga Studio is a sunny space with radiant floor heat, large enough for a class of twenty yet intimate enough for a small class of two or three. Hardwood floors, lots of windows and simplicity of design make it a beautiful place to practice.
