All the yoga classes I offer have a meditative aspect, and some include specific periods of guided meditation. Traditionally, yoga postures have been used to help prepare a person for the stillness of meditation. I seek to honor that tradition by creating a contemplative environment in class and by encouraging students to look within themselves for wisdom and insight.
